1. Early Access Waitlist

Reserving a spot grants you priority invitation when HappyHorse AI opens to the public. Founding Creator benefits (including lifetime 50% discount) apply only while your account remains active.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HappyHorse AI to generate content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

3. Content Ownership

You retain full commercial rights to videos you generate with HappyHorse AI. We claim no ownership over your outputs.

4. Service Availability

The waitlist and beta service are provided "as is" without warranties. Launch dates are estimates and may shift based on infrastructure readiness.
